Ordered cheese steak w/ double steak. Didn't get double steak, the meat to bun ratio was bad. Sandwich was small.

I would give 0 ⭐ if I could! Ordered a Philly style stuffed pizza and this is what I got.. I'm not sure why it won't let me post the picture but I did post it on their Facebook page. BUT WAIT........ To make matters worse, when we called and tried to explain the situation we were treated very terribly and accused of lying. Her words - (very hostile, may I add) "I made it, so I know it's not wrong" Well I'm not sure who in their right mind would begin to even slightly think this is in any way acceptable. I actually wasn't even going to post a review, but after how they acted towards me I'll save someone else the disappointment they'd have if they got this. 😒 In the end it's not even about the food as much as it is about someone's behavior. It costs nothing to be kind. However, it did cost for the dinner we couldn't even eat because it was nothing but dough that wasn't even fully cooked. I'll gladly take a refund. It would be much appreciated if this situation could be resolved.

The food here is amazing. I ordered a large cheese and decided to be adventurous and got a small pickle pizza. The cheese is good, not too greasy and a nice and crisp crust. The pickle was very dilly and cheesy, a little messy, but I was pleasantly surprised with it. I feel like it could have had a few more pickle slices, and I bet it would be good to add ham to as well. Delivery was fast and friendly. Next time I've definitely got to try the wings, the toxic waste flavor intrigues me.

I order from michaels quite frequently and until recently have never had an issue. I ordered 4 slices of pizza and was told it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later and was told it would be a few more minutes. I sat there and waited another 20 some minutes and went back to the counter and asked the girl if she was sure she looked for the right order because mine should have been done over 25 minutes ago. She went back and pulled it from the oven and gave it to me. When i got home i was livid because it was burned and disgusting. When i told them upon my next visit what happened and showed them the pictures they said i should have called in and they would have remade it. Yeah that's exactly what i want to do after a hard day's work.....reorder the food i just waited almost an hour for, drive back across town and wait another hour to eat. Lol
